Terms of Service Policy

We warrant our items to be free of defects in the material and workmanship. Products made from wood, especially rough cut lumber, are expected to vary in color, thickness, shape, and texture. Most of our products have a distressed look to it and we intentionally will leave small imperfections like cracks, chips, or dents in the product as we feel it adds to the farmhouse charm of the piece. We do put protective coatings that stop or reduce tannin bleed but cannot guarantee that none will occur. 

Clock movements or motors are guaranteed for one year from the purchase date. In the event that a motor is faulty we will send a replacement motor and instruction on how to replace it. They are very easy to swap out with no tools needed. 

We build to order and that time typically is 10 business days. We normally ship on the 10th business day but do reserve the right to ship later then that if deemed necessary. We will contact the buyer if this unlikely event were to occur. 

Pricing  and Promotions are listed in US currency.  Prices listed are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that were purchased on our site that were mistakenly priced or listed. 

Payment: 100% payment is required for all orders at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed via Shopify, we do not see your credit information.
