Return & Refund Policy
Back orders: If an item goes out of stock we will contact you via email or phone to notify you. You may choose to wait for the item to be available again or receive a full refund.
Returns: We value our customer satisfaction greatly. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order. In the rare event of receiving a damaged item(s) we will send replacement parts. All returns must have a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
Returns will have a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund due and the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
Custom made orders are non-refundable, should it be damaged in transit please contact us so we may remedy the issue.
All items must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging.
Damaged Goods: We go to great lengths to insure your item gets to you safely, in the event that your item arrives damaged please contact us at info@farmhousewallclock.com within 10 days of your item arriving. Please attach images of the damage with your email. We will rectify by either sending replacement parts if needed, replace, or refund.
We reserve the right to update this policy to reflect changes needed.
