Shipping Policy

Free Shipping to the continental 48 United states. 

Sorry we do not offer shipping to Alaska or Hawaii at this time. 

Our carriers are FedEx and USPS. Tracking numbers will be provided.

Shipping time ranges from 1 to 5 days. North East being the quickest region and West Coast being the slower region. We are not responsible for delays by the shipping carriers.  

We reserve the right to ship 10 business days after purchase date but typically ship 8 to 9 business days after purchase.

We are responsible for your package until it has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier. 

Delays caused by the shipping company are out of our control. Please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for updates on your shipment. 

Please contact us if your package arrived damaged so we may rectify the issue.

Customers with damaged clock motors due to shipping will be shipped a replacement motor.

We reserve the right to update this policy to reflect changes needed.
